Y Mind for Newcomers is here to help youth newcomers to Canada learn how to cope with worries and stress. This free program is run by caring, trained staff, in a safe and supportive environment. It is open to newcomers age 13-18.

About the event

Y Mind for Newcomers will run weekly on Tuesdays from 6PM to 8PM.

The group will take place on the following dates:
