About the event
Meet at the Vernon Immigrant Services office at 10:00 AM. We will take the bus to Okanagan Indian Band, where we will go on a walking tour of the area led by Marnie, OKIB.
There will be:
Learning about the importance of the land and plants in our area
Syilx culture and stories
Children's activities
The bus will return to the VIS office before 2pm.
